The school’s objective in this program is to produce a confident, employable dealer, proficient in all procedures of Blackjack in an entry level position. The course of Blackjack begins with the rules and object of the game. Next, handling of checks,delivery of cards, and position of the dealer’s body are taught. Through hands-on training the student learns to deal Blackjack with a single deck, a double deck, and a shoe (a device used to hold multiple decks). Finally, multi-hand procedures, splitting pairs, peek and no-peek procedures, doubling down, Blackjack payoffs and insurance are covered. The student is also instructed on protection of the game, dealer relief and job interview/audition procedures. Topics Include:

The school’s objective in this program is to produce a confident, employable dealer, proficient in all procedures of Craps in an entry level position. The course of Craps begins with the terminology, rules of the game and check handling.Extensive hands-on training is then used to teach primary and advanced betting, take and pay procedure, totaling, converting payoffs, stick handling and dice calls. The student is advanced to proposition bets, place bets, come bets, buy bets, odds, and multiple odds. Various table limits, security of the game, casino variations and job interview/audition procedures. Topics Include:

The school’s objective in this program is to produce a confident, employable dealer, proficient in all procedures of Roulette in an entry level position.
This course begins with the rules and objects of the game of Roulette. The student is then taught how to handle and push checks, how to change currency, and how to handle the equipment. Next, take and pay procedures, keys for payoffs, markers, call bets, cash plays, fills and credits are taught using both lecture and hands-on training. Finally, table limits, casino variations, protections of the game, and job interview/audition procedures.

The school’s objective in this program is to produce a confident, employable dealer, proficient in all procedures of Baccarat in an entry level position. The course of Baccarat begins with the rules and object of the game. The student then advances to equipment, dealer and caller positions and duties, bank hand wagers, player hand wagers, card values and third card rules, check handling, markers and job interview/audition procedures. The school’s objective in this program is to produce a confident, employable dealer, proficient in all procedures of Specialty Games (also known as Carnival Games) in an entry level position. The Specialty Games focus on three popular and distinctly different games: Pai Gow Poker, Ultimate Texas Hold’em and Three Card Poker. The course begins with an explanation of all the games and terminology. The student is given extensive hands-on training in making change, check cutting, sizing, shuffling, and cutting the deck. Distribution of the cards and in Pai Gow Poker we also discuss player banking, and player co-banking. Finally, making payoffs and house commissions are addressed along with game protection, various casino procedures, and job interview/audition procedures. Topics include:
